Cephalexin is commonly used in the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.

  • Allergy/rash

  • Positive Coombs test

  • Cytopenias

  • Hepatic & renal laboratory abnormalities

  • Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea

Increases metformin levels
