General Information

Antimicrobial Stewardship will review therapies greater than 72 hours.

Broad spectrum antimicrobial with gram positive and gram negative coverage including Pseudomonas.

Used especially nosocomial infections involving resistant organisms

  • Allergy (immediate & delayed)

  • Positive Coombs

  • Cytopenias

  • Non-convulsive status epilepticus
