Therapy of suspected and confirmed invasive fungal infections
- Increased liver enzymes
- GI upset
Decreases levels of Tacrolimus
Cyclosporine may increase levels of Caspofungin
Rifampin may decrease Caspofungin concentrations
NS only (incompatible with D5W).
Dilute in 250 mL NS, infuse over 60 min.
