Antimicrobial class: 2nd Generation Cephalosporin

Average serum half life: Neonates: PNA≤3 days median 5.8 hours.<br> PNA ≥8 median 1.6-3.8 hours.<br> Pediatrics: 1.4-1.9 hours.

Route of Elimination: 66-100% as unchanged drug in urine by both glomerular filtration and tubular secretion
